Who would pay your mortgage if you were

	Made redundant
	Unable to work due to an accident
	Unable to work due to sickness

We must offer to everyone with a mortgage an A.S.U. plan.
Ken Mortgage Advise have their own ASU plan which is simple, low-cost insurance plan which covers the mortgage (and related costs if required) in the event of loss of income due to the above reasons.

As this is so important we will require a declaration if the client(s) does not wish to take advantage of one.
